We do not store any credit card or banking information. All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, or direct arrangements like cash or check.

In fact, no one outside of the executive team is ever made aware of your identity—not before, during, or after your stay. This includes cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, or property managers. All communication and arrangements are managed directly and privately by our executive team to ensure discretion and peace of mind.

We retain booking-related personal data for up to two (2) years after your stay. This allows us to assist with any follow-up questions, handle payment records, and verify past reservations if needed.
