The Home
This five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is ideal for families and groups looking for both connection and comfort. Set on a quiet, private street just a short walk from Coast Village Road, the home is spacious, well laid out, and designed to make gatherings easy. The main living area is located on the central floor, with oversized doors that open fully to blend indoor and outdoor living. Outside, guests can enjoy a heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining and bar area, firepit, and large front and back lawns perfect for lounging or play.
The bedrooms are split between two floors—three upstairs, including the primary suite, and two downstairs near a second living space and laundry room—offering plenty of separation for multi-family groups or guests who like a little quiet. We had an incredible time at this property. The photos don’t do it justice! It’s bigger and better than they give it credit. The hot tub is hot; the pool is heated just enough. If you have a big group that needs a lot of common space then this is perfect for you.

We had an incredible week here with family. The house is great, and easily accommodated our group with 3 generations, ranging from age 4 to 80. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and large outdoor backyard with ping pong, bocce ball and grassy area to play games. The kitchen and house were well-stocked. The location is amazing - a quick walk down the street to the grocery store and nearby shops, and a 5 minute drive to multiple amazing beaches. We especially loved Butterfly Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

The house and backyard were perfect for our two families. We had 5 kids ranging in age from 12 to 18 and they loved the pool and jacuzzi, ping pong, pool table and grassy area. The kitchen was well-stocked and the rooms were nicely decorated. We also loved the location and being walking distance to stores and restaurants in Montecito.

As advertised. Excellent location and This home checked all of our boxes and everyone from 3 years old to 70 enjoyed our stay and hope to return on our next visit to Santa Barbara. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, learned how the play pool, loved beating Nani at Ping Pong. The adults loved the warmth of the outdoor fireplace while making s'mores for kids, the hot tub while looking at the stars, and the well equipped kitchen for preparing dinners. house. Well laid out; nice furnishings. Complete CATV package. Well supplied kitchen and baths. The fact that the property is gated, with a security access code required to drive onto the property, is a nice touch. As an additional "plus", this is one of the few rentals we have ever had where the pool was actually heating warm enough.
Best Extended Family Get-Away Ever

We had a four day get-away with our family and significant others to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the venue was perfect. We had a party of eight--parents, adult children and their partners--and we had a phenomenal time. The house is extremely spacious with plenty of areas to gather as a group, but also with many other spots for smaller parties or individuals to go off on their own as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is immaculate and exceptionally well provisioned with a fabulous kitchen, a wonderful patio area with a heated pool and a large hot tub, and all of the amenities one would want for a worry-free escape (beach towels, pool & ping pong tables, bocce ball court, an outdoor fireplace, etc.). The house itself is in a perfect location, where a short 5--10 minute walk will take you to the beach or to a series of boutiques, multiple coffee shops, a farmer's market, and a Von's grocery store. The area is surrounded by excellent restaurants nearby, both for casual dining/take-out and for more formal sit-down occasions. Needless to say, we'll be back for the next birthday celebration!
