Q: How do I book a stay?

Please fill out our inquiry form or email us directly. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send over a rental agreement and a secure payment link. Your reservation is confirmed once the agreement is signed and payment is received.

Q: What are the nightly rates?

Rates vary by property, season, and length of stay.

Garden Escape: $1,000-$1,200 per night with a $400 cleaning fee
Tropical Oasis: $1,800–$2,200 per night with a $600 cleaning fee

Q: Is there a minimum stay?

Yes — we require a 3-night minimum. For stays over 7 nights, we offer a discounted rate. Let us know your travel dates and we’ll provide a custom quote.

Q: How do payments work?

We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, or check. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required and will be returned within 3 business days after your stay, assuming no damages.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations made more than 30 days before your check-in date are fully refundable, minus any processing fees. For cancellations within 30 days, we’ll do our best to rebook your dates and offer a partial refund if successful.

Q: Are your homes child friendly?

Absolutely. Both homes are child-friendly and feature gated backyards for peace of mind. Pool fences are available upon request, and we also offer high chairs and play pens if needed. We leave it up to each family to determine what’s appropriate for their children, and we’re always happy to answer any questions in advance.

Q: Are pets allowed?

Small pets are allowed with prior approval. A $200 pet deposit is required and will be refunded after your stay, provided there’s no damage or extra cleaning needed.

You’ll have a direct contact for Donnay throughout your stay. We’re nearby, easy to reach, and happy to help with anything — from maintenance to Santa Barbara tips.

Q: How far are the homes from the beach & town?

All of our homes are in Montecito, just a 10-minute walk to Butterfly Beach via the Coast Village passageway. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are all close by.
